If you read anything from business magazines to books on church growth, you will quickly find that first impressions are the most important impressions one can make. The goal of the hospitality team is to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome regardless of who they are.
This team is crucial in helping to set the feel of the church from the time a person drives into the parking lot to the time they return home. Our hope is that people would not only be personally welcomed, but also know we appreciated their coming. The Hospitality Team covers everything from decorating to making people feel welcome to follow up with new guests.
