What does it mean to be a follower of Christ at Embrace?
It's simple.
encounter. compassion. embrace. run.
That's your vision statement isn't it? Yup, and it's also our discipleship process... our way of following Jesus. Again, instead of trying to get people to do a bunch of things... we're hoping people would do a few.
encounter.
If there's one thing, we'd like you do to... it's attend worship services... to hear God's Word, to worship God, to meet others.
compassion.
This isn't a program or an event... but it's something that we hope would exist throughout every aspect of Embrace... the world is tired of seeing uncompassionate Christians.
embrace.
If you're looking for a next step... you've come to worship and you wanna really make it your home... we'd like to encourage you to check out a small group... groups meet on different nights, at different times, covering different materials... you might just find one that fits you.
run.
More you're asking... take the next step and give back... a person becomes family when they start to give back to it... volunteer within Embrace, join a team, or serve around Sioux Falls.
