We believe that God has created each and every one of us in the image of God. That makes everyone special, and in our eyes, we believe that there is much to learn about God in each other. Like everyone, we long to have community with believers and non-believers. It is our hope is that every
one at Embrace would have the blessing of being able to be in a small group. Is a small group the perfect solution to creating community? Absolutely not, but maybe it's a start.
During the summer, our small groups meet once a month rather than weekly until fall. If you’re looking for a regular place to connect with others during the summer, be sure to check out Embrace’s kickball team.
Here are the different options for this fall:
The Truth Project:
This is a DVD study that goes through "Why We Believe What We Believe." It'll ask the hard questions and would be great for anyone.
Crown Financial:
Have questions about finances? This is a class on how to be a good steward of the finances God has given you. We've heard great things from the group who did this study last spring!!
Back to the Basics:
This is a study on the foundations of our faith and the basic things you need to know to grow in your faith. This is great for beginners or people who wanna brush up on the basics!!
The book of Luke (with Max Lucado)
A guided study of the Gospel of Luke. Great for anyone wanting to dig into the Word!!
Friday Morning Women's Group:
We're still going and anyone can join us!! Friday mornings at 10am @ Becky Webers's (7112 W 51st Street).
